Wills, Probate, Estate Litigation

Wills

A Will is a legal document that sets out your wishes for the distribution of your assets after your death. It is the best way for you to ensure that your estate will be distributed according to your wishes.

A will gives you the power to decide:

  • The division of your assets between your family, friends and other charitable organisations

  • The person you wish to assign as the administrator for your estate(s) and asset(s)

  • The person you assign as guardian for your dependant(s)

Probate

Probate is a legal document critical in the legal process of administering the estate of a deceased person, resolving all claims and distributing the deceased person's property under a will. We can help you to apply for grant of probate, we just need you to provide us with the original Will and the original Death Certificate.

Complete our online request form for a one-on-one, no obligation discussion with an experienced solicitor about your matter.
